All products sold on Beauty Budget La are guaranteed authentic to their brand. We never sell replica, fake, copy, or poor quality items. Any order placed will be processed and shipped within 1 business day. Customer has option to request shipping insurance.
Lost Packages:
BBLa is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages once the package has been scanned as received by shipping carrier. This includes packages delivered to the wrong address, packages with unable to forward addresses and packages stolen after delivery.
Refund/Return Policy:
Seller error & arrived damaged returns are fully refundable. Buyer MUST request refund within 48 hours after delivery (delivery dates & times based on shipping carrier scans). Buyer may also be asked to provide proof of damage or error by sending a clear picture via email to dldm1123@gmail.com.
Buyer error returns & refunds are allowable under specified conditions and will have original & return shipping costs deducted from refund:
1. For items purchased as New/Unused, item MUST be returned in New/Unused condition with product packaging intact. Cosmetic tools may be opened in order to determine the products quality ONLY if packaging isnt a 'Manufacturer Sealed' type of packaging.
2. For items purchased as New/Unused without box, item MUST be returned in New/Unused condition.
3. For items purchased as Used/Like New, these items are FINAL SALE items at deep discounts and are nonreturnable.
*Please be advised, pictures of an items condition along with shipping label are taken before every order is packaged for delivery!
